I’m an Architectural and Interiors Photographer shooting for mostly Luxury Brand Retail and Leisure Industry clients. I need a Retoucher / Assistant to help me with the Production, Administration and Growth of my business and aid me in pursuing other business opportunities and projects.

The applicant should have a good command of RAW image processing, creating and using presets, Lightroom and/or Capture One and Photoshop.

They should also be highly organised, methodical and able to show initiative. An interest in Design, experience in Social Media content and writing Newsletters would be helpful but not essential to the application.

 

Hours can be flexible and there’s no limit on holiday provided it’s not taken without leaving a project unfinished. There will be busy periods when you may have to do longer days but quieter periods where you can take a day or more off or work a short day. All I ask is that you have integrity about the number of hours you work. Pay is £10-15/hour depending on knowledge and experience, invoiced monthly or happy to add you as a PAYE employee after a 3 month trial as a Freelancer if you wish. Pay rises will align with increase in competence.

 

I also have a location house for photography and film shoots. The applicant would also help with the running of it and be based here or sometimes work remotely from their home. The house and examples of the shoots can be found at www.edsshed.co.uk

 

The job is varied and will include tasks in the areas listed below. I can talk you through all the tasks so you have a clear understanding of each.

Corresponding with Location agents
